Sourcing is identifying the right kind of people who would be excited and driven to volunteer for a cause they believe in, in this case, with Make A Difference.
The answer is very straightforward.
And to not just source anybody, but also to keep quality in mind as we need the best kind of support for the children and youth we work with.
