As one of your roles while sourcing is to put yourself out there and get out of your comfort zone. Watch this video where Gautham is testing out 3 different styles of pitching with a set of people.

Summarizing the pointers here:
- Your energy and personal touch matters. If you truly believe in the cause and if this excites you, it will radiate with the crowd.
- To communicate the vastness of MAD, we can convey we are in 20+ chapters but while sharing examples, stick to personal and chapter specific examples as it’s more relatable and actionable.
- Get to the point quickly, nobody wants to listen to a lecture or a boring presentation.
- Non negotiable: Once the pitch is done, give people 2 mins time to apply right then and there!! Else, we might miss out on that opportunity. For example: In a college class to class pitches, after your 2 to 3 minute pitch, spread out and talk to as many students as you can. Let your excitement to create impact drive them to apply. You don’t even have to force them, at max a healthy push but not more. :)
Ok. now I have applicants but what do I do next? Head over to the next page.
