“Hey we got 50 leads by doing this activity!”

Is 50 a good number? Should it have been more? Or did we exceed our target? Could we have done it better..?

To avoid all this confusion, the best way to source leads is to have a Plan Of Action before you start executing. And to help you with this, head over to the sheet linked below for you to get a sense.

These are the items that need to be in place ideally before you start sourcing

  1. Select a date to conduct Recruitment Drive/Workshop (RW)
  2. Once you select the RW date, backtrack your calendar from there. What all needs to be in place before the RW. Give at least 3-4 weeks for sourcing before your RW.
  3. Come up with the calendar and decide on the activities which you are going to do on which days
  4. For each activity set a target which would ultimately lead up to the sourcing target of your chapter. Eg: College class to class campaign target: 100 leads - Overall target: 300 leads
  5. And finally, do not close the planning by clearly mentioning the task for each person.
